Thank you so much for getting in touch, and for thinking of Brook Lane Bakes for your daughter's birthday!

I'm really sorry, but I'm not able to make a gluten-free cake. I bake with wheat flour in my kitchen every day, so I can't rule out traces, and I wouldn't want to take any chances with her health.

I'd still love for her to have a wonderful cake, so I'd suggest looking for a specialist gluten-free baker, who will be able to guarantee a safe bake.
