Hi, I'm Jo. Five years ago I started baking sourdough at home, and before long friends and neighbours were asking for loaves of their own. Now I bake slow-risen sourdough and made-to-order celebration cakes in my own kitchen. Collection is Friday and Saturday, 8am–1pm. To place an order, just email me at [your email address].
