No, the newsletter doesn't say how much a second plot costs. It doesn't give any prices at all. It only says rent for next year is due by Sunday 31 January and that plots 14 and 22 become free in December. People on the waiting list are told to email the secretary, who could probably tell you the cost.

One correction to my earlier table: I put March before 31 January, but the water comes back on in March 2027, after the rent deadline.
